Export tickets to QuickBooks
Exporting tickets from the TouchBatch Ready Mix system to your accounting software reduces the time and resources needed to invoice your clients, normalizes the invoice process and avoids errors and omissions.
If you already use QuickBooks Pro, importing tickets from your TouchBatch is an easy three step process:
-
Export tickets from your TouchBatch at the end of each day.
-
Open a “wizard utility” on your accounting computer to select and import the ticket data file into QuickBooks.
-
Open the “Invoices” module of QuickBooks to review, edit and print invoices.
Features and highlights:
-
Imports all your ready mix tickets into QuickBooks, including unprinted, voided and COD tickets. No more missing tickets.
-
Concrete products as well as non-concrete products and charges are imported for each load.
-
For jobs with multiple loads, all loads are consolidated by QuickBooks to print one invoice per job.
-
All current prices, taxes and rules stored in QuickBooks are applied to each invoice.
-
If all your plants are connected by a network, the ticket data files can be easily selected and processed from the office.
-
You can allow the import utility to create new items in QuickBooks, such as customers and products entered on the TouchBatch (at the plant).
