Dispatch system link – Industry standard “Universal Dispatch Interface” to link with any dispatch system compliant with the CDI data interchange format.

Multi-user stations – For busy plants the TouchBatch system can be configured with multiple computer stations. This allows several operators to access the system, enter data, setup the loads and follow the progress of your trucks.

Remote access – For companies with multiple plants, accessing batch computers from a central location is a great time saver. The TouchBatch system can be accessed via modem or TCP/IP network even while batching. You can enter new data, change existing records, retrieve reports and perform critical administrative tasks (such as backing up plant databases periodically) from the comfort of your office. You can even follow what’s happening in any plant for true real-time troubleshooting.
