PC based – A regular PC is the only computer device powering the TouchBatch system. One computer does it all! This simplifies troubleshooting and reduces the potential for hardware failure; and the computer is easy to replace and upgrade.

Returned concrete adjustment – Automatic adjustment of mix design when re-using concrete. Water, cements and aggregates are adjusted to take into account the old mix and the new mix amounts.

Moisture compensation – Dynamic reading of microwave moisture probes to provide automatic compensation for moisture in aggregate materials or by manually entering your estimated moisture.

Yield compensation – Automatic recalculation of aggregates targets in mix design when water targets are adjusted in order to maintain desired yield.

Recycle water compensation –Targets in mix design are adjusted according to slurry water specific gravity for plants using recyclers.

Water temperature control – Temperature control of batched water based on cold, hot and recycled water temperatures. Optional interface for water temperature sensors for fully automatic operation.

Metric batching – Order taking and mix designs in both units. Both “Hard” and “Soft” metric conversions are available. The “Hard” conversion automatically switches units on the panel scale indicators according to each mix design. The system is certified for NYS DOT and MN DOT.
