The TouchBatch control panel
The
TouchBatch™ control
panel is a tough, simple, industrial strength panel, with 120V manual
backup
buttons directly driving
the plant solenoids. The cabinet is totally sealed, with no fans
to draw any dust in.
Standard digital scale indicators transmit the weight readings to the computer using a digital link, to completely eliminate any difference or drifting between scale and computer readings.
The scales used in the MPAQ system are independent from the computer, easy to find and easy to service or replace, such as the cardinal scale or the rice lake scale shown below.
Both the TouchBatch FS and WM models can be ordered with or without scale indicators, since we can re-use any digital scale indicator with a suitable computer data output.
FSB model:
The "full size" FSB model has a console type integrated manual panel with embedded Cardinal-200 scale indicators. Its front edge is approximately at desk-height.
WMB model:
The WMB
model has the same components as the FSB model, in a smaller, wall mounted cabinet. It's also available without a manual backup or scales, for plants that already have those two items.
